Book Market Dates

Vendors must have previously submitted a Vendor Application form and been successfully approved by the Market Manager before booking markets. 

  • Vendors must book permanent stalls minimum two weeks before start of season and will be guaranteed the same spot week to week.
  • Full season vendors receive 10% off regular booth prices. Booths must be paid in order to reserve a spot.
  • Vendors booking week-to-week must book by the Wednesday prior to the market. Drop-in stalls are assigned by market manager.
  • Markets that are pre-paid for may be applied to a future market if the vendor is unable to attend booked market. This must be made in writing to the market manager via email by Wednesday at 5pm. Otherwise the fees are forfeited.
  • Refunds are provided less a 15% administration fee. Permanent booths are refunded pro-rated, minus 15% administration fee.
  • This form can be filled out multiple times throughout the market season.

Membership Information

Starting in 2017, a joint Food Action Coalition and Farmers' Market annual membership is $40 ($15 of which supports FAC initiatives, and $25 goes to the Farmers' Market). This duel membership provides voting rights at the FAC Annual General Meeting.

Purchasing solely the FM membership, still provides membership rates on market stalls for the season or by the week as in previous years.

Non-member vendors will add $5 on to stall fees per week.

Date options will pop up after membership option is selected. Total stall fees are automatically calculated at the bottom of the form.
If you would like to book a full season, you must choose a membership option above. Note - The Farmers' Market is going to continue outdoors until Thanksgiving weekend. Indoor date booking for October 2017 are not available yet.

Canopy stalls are approximately 10'x10'. Car stalls have enough space to set up a canopy and park a car (if you require space for a larger vehicle please contact the market manager). Select car stalls have access to power.

Equipment Rentals

Equipment rentals are on a first-paid basis and are limited in number.

RENTAL FEE: Canopy $10/week, Table $8/week, or BOTH canopy AND table $15/week.

Regular equipment rental prices apply to Community Organization booths

Canopy rental is $10 per week, the total will be automatically calculated at the end. Canopies are 10'x10', white with matching walls available and weights included. We can show you how to set it up in the morning, but please help us by taking it down and returning it to the market shed at the end of the day.
Table rental is $8 per week, the total will be automatically calculated at the end. Tables are plastic folding tables, 8'x30". No table cloths provided. Tables are provided at the indoor markets for no additional charge.

Stall Fee Calculations and Checkout

Stall fees (and membership fees) are automatically calculated based on date selection above. To remove dates booked un-click options in "What markets would you like to book?"

If you choose to pay with PayPal you will automatically proceed to PayPal checkout.

If you would rather pay with cash or cheque, submit the form to book dates. You are obligated to pay for the dates booked, and no-show vendors will be required to pay for any dates booked unless prior written notice is provided to market manager by Wednesday at 5pm preceding the Saturday market.

The Creston Valley Farmers' Market reserves the right to limit the number of free Community Organization Booths per week. Please email the Farmers' Market to ensure a space is available for the organization.
